Day-Of Planning

​

Designed for the client(s) or couple who has everything planned but need someone to execute the Day-Of! Focus more on showing up and enjoying your wedding/event while your Extraordinary Event Planner handles everything from beginning to end. Your Day-Of package includes:

​

  • Unlimited consultation through email & phone contact

  • Two  meetings to discuss logistics & set up

  • Contact vendors 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding/event

  • Attend Final Walk through at your venue

  • Detailed event day timeline and schedule

  • Vendor coordination and confirmation and will serve as point-of-contact for all vendors

  • Distribute vendor payments on wedding day

  • Manage and confirm all vendor set-up and deliveries

  • Set up ceremony & reception as per client’s requirements (guest book, favors, ceremony site, etc.)

  • Processional and recessional coordination

  • Pack up of all personal items, gifts etc. for safe keeping

  • Bridal emergency kit on hand day of your wedding

Pearl Package

Bridal

Partial Planning

​

Designed for the client(s) or couple who has done most of the planning and wishes to have someone pull all the loose ends together. Your Your Extraordinary Event Planner will begin 2-3 months prior to your wedding day or event.  Your Partial Planning package includes:

​

  • Three in person meetings for wedding planning

  • Visit both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

  • Unlimited consultation through phone and email

  • Develop wedding itinerary for wedding day

  • Initial contact with all contracted vendors 2-3 months prior to your wedding day

  • Vendor confirmation to ensure all things are finalized for your wedding

  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding

  • Additional event staff, on site, the day of the wedding that I will secure.

  • Ensure someone from wedding party is assigned the task to deliver your gifts to the address, provided by you, after your reception.

  • Oversee all details on your wedding day

  • Emergency essentials kit on the day of your wedding

Diamond Package

Rings

Full-Service Planning

Designed for the client or couple that wants full assurance that every detail will be handled from floral arrangements, ceremony and reception décor, linens, rental, invitations, wedding party attire, and everything else in between.  Your Full Service Planning package includes:

​

  • Creating and tracking budget throughout planning process

  • Up to 5 hours of face to face meetings

  • Unlimited consultation through phone and email

  • Attending all vendor meetings (where possible)

  • Assistance with ceremony and reception location selection

  • Assistance with menu and beverage selection

  • Distribution of final payment to all vendors on day of wedding

  • Assistance with marriage certificate

  • Assistance with the theme/style/design of your wedding

  • Assistance with bridal and tux selection

  • Detailed checklist to keep you on track with planning

  • Reviewing and providing insight on all vendor contracts

  • Ceremony and reception venue visit prior to wedding

  • Customized, comprehensive itinerary (detailed timeline to ensure event flows accordingly)

  • Detailed floor plans and layout of event space

  • Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 3 – 4 weeks before wedding day

  • Oversee ceremony and rehearsal planning

  • Up to 10 hours of coordination on the day of your wedding

  • Up to 6 hours of an assistant coordinator the day of your wedding  (Secured by me)

  • Ensure gifts and other small items are loaded in proper vehicles at end of wedding

  • Provide vendor recommendations for venues, hotels, florists, photographers, baker, invitations, transportation, and more. (As needed)

  • Coordinate hotel & transportation for out of town guest

  • Assist with guest list and seating arrangements

  • Have emergency essentials kit day of your wedding

  • Arrange event favors and/or welcome bags

  • Assist with personalized wedding website if you desire to have one
